Quick Note: Since the size of the story is big, it will be divided into two posts.
Post 1
The war has ended, peace among the land started to come down on the people. Though it was shattered when talk had been heard a new group had emerged from the dark. The people who followed evil and only breathed hell's laugh. It would only take time until their peace started to crumble.
The Jewel of Rivendell had been stolen by the supporters of Sauron. The Hizamaltors had taken it, leaving many drowning in their own fear. Rumors started to float around among the people, but soon heard that an evil had been reborn in what use to be the light and pride of Rivendell.
Sauron has been reborn inside of the jewel, with the help of the supporters that still live today. It has taken awhile to create, and is very fragile, but if successful and Sauron is reborn, he will be completely indestructible. Invincible. No one, no thousands of armies could defeat him.
The jewel was taken into possession by our old pal Saromaun. This time, instead of being destroyed in the fires of Mt. Doom, it must be activated there. But Sauroman was attacked about a quarter of the way to Mordor, and the jewel laid unseen on the forest floor.
Two young human boys, however, find it and take it back to their home, thinking it to be harmless and wishing to give it to their mother as a present. Their mother, however, was angry that they had been out alone, and a fight commenced, which also involved the father when he returned in from the fields. Things were said that they did not mean. Everyone went to bed bitter and spiteful. But that night as they slept, Sauron inside the jewel fed off of their anger and slaughtered not only the family, but the entire village.
Now the jewel lies safely hidden deep within the castle of the house of Elrond, where few elven remain after the last ship to the Grey Havens has sailed. In order for Sauron to be vanquished, the jewel must be taken to Minas Tirith and purified with Elven blood under the white tree of Gondor. If it is not purified with in one half of a year, Sauron will unleash himself, his strength replenished, and find his way to Mordor where he will become unstoppable. Who better to take the journey but five of the bravest warriors Middle-Earth has ever seen?
But be warned - while fragile, the jewel is easily tainted, and anything could happen, both good or bad.
Fear is not an option.
